Specific deliverables, timelines, and guarantee conditions are outlined in the individual client agreement (contract) signed before engagement begins. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and your signed contract, your signed contract prevails.
Our guarantee is contractual — it is formalised in your signed client agreement, not merely this website. To qualify for the guarantee payout, all four conditions must be met:
If all conditions are satisfied and the agreed result is not achieved, ₹3,00,000 will be transferred to you within 14 business days of a written claim submission with supporting documentation.
The guarantee does not apply if you have materially deviated from the prescribed system, failed to attend sessions, or invoked the guarantee before the 30-day window closes.
Booking a strategy call through our funnel is free and creates no financial obligation. It is a discovery session conducted to determine mutual fit. You are not obligated to purchase any service as a result of booking or attending a call.
We reserve the right to decline to work with any applicant at our sole discretion, before or after the strategy call.
All content on this website — including copy, design, code, frameworks, scripts, and methodologies — is the intellectual property of High Ticket Engine. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any part of it without prior written permission.
Systems and assets built specifically for your business as part of your engagement are yours upon completion and full payment of the engagement fee.
Results described on this website — including revenue figures, call volumes, and timelines — are real results achieved by real clients. They are not guarantees of your individual results. Your results will vary based on your offer, market, effort, experience, and ability to follow the system.
Nothing on this website constitutes a guarantee of income or financial success beyond the specific contractual guarantee described in Section 3.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, High Ticket Engine shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.
Our total liability to you for any cause of action shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will post the updated date at the top of this page.
