A 3-month client is a lead. A 12-month client is a business.

Month 3, session 11. The client says "I think I've got what I need for now, let's pause." You say "of course, no pressure," and just like that ₹90,000 of the next quarter walks out the door, politely. You did good work. You just never gave them a reason to stay past the cliff. This file is the 12-month structure, the day-60 pre-empt, the day-75 renewal script word for word, and the ascension offer that makes month 4 more valuable than month 1.

Two pieces of the playbook exactly as written. One is a message, one is a call script. Both are meant to be said, not studied.

Day 60 · The pre-empt · WhatsApp
"Two months in, so let me do something most coaches don't. We're at day 60 and by day 90 you'll be at the point where the first phase is done and you'll naturally think 'do I need this anymore?' I'd rather we decide that on purpose than by drift. On our next call I'll show you the three numbers from when you started versus now, and the two things left that you can't do alone yet. Then you decide. Sound fair?"

Why it works: You named the cliff 30 days before the client reaches it, which turns a quiet drift into a scheduled decision. And you've pre-loaded the frame: "the two things you can't do alone yet." The renewal call is now about what's left, not whether to continue.

Day 75 · The renewal call · Minute 4 to 6
"So here's where you were: 2 clients a month, ₹30,000 each, chasing every one. Here's where you are: 5 a month, ₹45,000 each, two came in without you asking. That's the phase-one result. Now the honest part. Phase two is the bit you can't do alone yet: [the two things]. That's the next 90 days. It's ₹90,000 again, or ₹2,40,000 for the full nine months, which locks the price and adds the [ascension item]. Which one makes sense?"

Why it works: Before-versus-now in their own numbers, then the gap, then two options where "no" isn't one of them. The nine-month option isn't a discount, it's a bigger commitment with a bonus, which is the only kind of long-term offer a serious client takes.

That's 2 of 9 pieces. The other 7, the monthly 20-minute scorecard ritual, the ascension offer structure with the rupee maths, and the "dormant client" resurrection message, are in the PDF below.

The 12-Month Client Playbook: what you actually get.

1

The 12-month map

What each quarter is for, so the client always knows there's a "next" and you always have something to sell into.

2

The 90-day cliff

Why almost every coaching client leaves between day 80 and day 100, and the day-60 message that stops it.

3

The monthly scorecard call

20 minutes, three numbers, one decision. The ritual that makes renewal a formality.

4

The renewal script

Day 75, seven minutes, word for word, with the two-option close.

5

The ascension offer

How a ₹90,000 quarter becomes a ₹2,40,000 nine-month, with the maths on the page.

6

The resurrection message

One WhatsApp for clients who left 3 to 6 months ago. Brings back 1 in 5.

Be honest

Be honest. Your clients don't leave. They "pause."

→

Session 11. Halfway through, she says "I think I'm good for now, honestly, you've helped so much." You smile and say "of course!" and feel your quarter shrink.

→

You check your notes and realise you never wrote down where she started. So you can't show her how far she's come, and she can't see it either.

→

Month 4, you're back on Instagram at 11pm hunting for the next client to replace the one who "paused."

→

A client who left in March messages in August: "hey, remember me? I'm stuck again." You realise you never once followed up.

→

Appraisal-season maths at your desk: 14 clients closed this year, 3 still paying. You closed 14 times to keep 3.

None of that is a results problem, it's a structure problem. Your clients don't see a month 4 because you never drew one. This file draws all 12 and scripts the two conversations that get them there.

Questions you're probably asking

Especially. A fixed 3 months with nothing after it is a cliff by design. Keep the 3-month front end, then add the phase-two offer from this file. Most of your clients will want it if you show them what's left, and the ones who don't leave with a plan and a reason to come back.
It's the only time that isn't too late. At day 75 the client is still in momentum and the results are fresh. At day 91 they've already mentally left and you're re-selling from zero. The day-60 pre-empt makes day 75 feel expected, not pushy.
Then the renewal conversation is different, and the file has that version too. You show the leading indicators (actions taken, habits built) instead of the lagging ones (revenue), and you shorten the next commitment to 30 days with a specific target. Never renew on vibes; renew on a number.
A 9-month offer with no reason scares them. A 9-month offer that locks the price before your rate goes up and adds something the quarterly doesn't include is a reward for commitment. About 1 in 3 clients takes it when it's framed that way, and that 1 in 3 pays for the year.

The playbook keeps clients for 12 months. Something still has to bring the first one.

That's the part we build. A done-for-you engine: positioning, offer, sales video script, funnel, pre-qualification, booking, nurture and ads. Live in 14 days, then fully automated. 5 to 7 ready-to-invest calls a day. 100+ in 30 days, or you don't pay. You show up and close.
