Forty minutes of rapport is a chat. Thirty minutes of structure is a client.

Tuesday, 6pm. Call number three. Great energy, they laughed twice, you explained your framework beautifully, and at minute 38 they said "let me think about it." You already know the ending. This script gives you every minute from hello to signed, the exact questions in the exact order, and the seven sentences that turn "sochna padega" into a decision on the call.

This is a script you read off the screen next Tuesday, not a theory of selling. Two blocks exactly as written.

High Ticket Engine · The 30-Minute CloseScript
Minute 0 to 2 · The frame
"Rahul, thanks for making it on time. Here's how I run these so nobody wastes 30 minutes. For the first 15, I ask questions. A lot of them, some of them about money, because I need the real picture. Then if I think I can help, I'll tell you exactly what that looks like and what it costs, and you'll say yes or no on this call. If I don't think I can help, I'll say that and point you somewhere better. Fair? Great. So what made you book?"

Why it works: You just got permission to ask about money, permission to pitch, and permission to ask for a decision, in 40 seconds, and they said "fair". Everything that happens after minute 2 is now expected instead of awkward.

Minute 22 · The price
"So here's what it is. Twelve weeks, the two of us, working only on getting you from ₹2.4L a month to ₹6L by March. You get a weekly 60-minute call, a WhatsApp line to me Monday to Friday, and I rebuild your offer and your pipeline with you in the first 14 days. The investment is ₹1,20,000." [Stop. Count four. Say nothing. Let them speak first.]

Why it works: Outcome first, deliverables second, price last, and then silence. Most coaches say the number and immediately soften it. The silence is the close. Four seconds is all it takes for the client to say "okay, how do we start" or to give you the one real objection you can answer.

That's 2 of 6 blocks. The other 4, the diagnosis questions in order, the stakes block, the "think about it" reply and the seven objection scripts, are in the PDF below.

Tonight, read the script out loud twice, then say the price to a mirror and count to four. In a week you'll have run it on three calls and at least one of them will end with "okay, how do we start."

The 30-Minute Close: what you actually get.

1

Block 1, the frame

Minutes 0 to 2. The 40-second opener that gets permission for money questions, the pitch, and the decision.

2

Block 2, the diagnosis

Minutes 2 to 12. Nine questions in order that turn "I'm stuck" into a number, a target and a date.

3

Block 3, the stakes

Minutes 12 to 18. Three questions that put a price on staying where they are.

4

Block 4, the verdict and the offer

Minutes 18 to 24. How to say "yes I can help", describe the offer in 90 seconds, and say the number.

5

Block 5, the decision

Minutes 24 to 30. The direct ask, the "think about it" reply, and how to book the next step before hanging up.

6

The seven objections

Money, spouse, timing, "tried before", "need to see results", "too expensive", "send me something", each with its reply.

Be honest

Be honest. This is your sales call.

→

Minute 4, you're screen-sharing your framework slide because they asked "so what do you actually do?" and you didn't have a better answer.

→

Minute 19, you still don't know their monthly revenue. You know their dog's name.

→

You say "the investment is ₹1,20,000" and, before they breathe, "but I'm flexible, we can do instalments, whatever works."

→

"Let me think about it." You: "Of course! Take all the time you need." You didn't mean a word of it.

→

9:40pm, you send "Hey! Just following up on our chat. No pressure at all :)" and stare at the single tick.

None of that is a personality problem. It's a script problem, and a script is 30 minutes of sentences you can print. This file is those sentences.

Questions you're probably asking

Only if you read it for the first time on the call. Read it out loud five times tonight and it becomes structure, not lines. Every good closer you've ever admired is running a script. They've just run it 400 times. You're at zero. Start.
Your calls run 45 minutes because 20 of them are chat and 10 are you explaining modules. The script cuts both. Thirty minutes is not a constraint, it's a signal to the client that you value their time and yours, and it leaves room for the next call. If it runs to 35 because they're talking about their numbers, fine. If it runs to 50 because you're talking, you've drifted.
Ask in the first minute. If they haven't, say "No problem. Let's push this 20 minutes, watch it now, and I'll come back at 4:20." Then leave the call. Half will watch and come back sharper. Half won't, and you just saved 30 minutes on someone who wasn't going to buy.
It works from ₹50K up. Below that, a 30-minute call is expensive for you, and a page with a checkout button does the job. From ₹50K, people need to hear a human say "yes, I can help you" and a number. The script is the same. Only the number in Block 4 changes.

The script closes the call. Something still has to put a buyer on it.

That's the part we build. A done-for-you engine: positioning, offer, sales video script, funnel, pre-qualification, booking, nurture and ads. Live in 14 days, then fully automated. 5 to 7 ready-to-invest calls a day. 100+ in 30 days, or you don't pay. You show up and close.
