Launches don't fail on day 30. They fail on day 8.

You've "launched" before. A post, a story, a "DM me for details", three enquiries, one sochna padega, and silence by the second week. Then you told yourself the offer needs work. This file is month one of a real high-ticket engine as 41 tick-boxes, each with a test that tells you whether it's actually done or just done-ish, and a warning flag on the three days where almost everyone quietly gives up.

Every box in this checklist has a done-test, because "I set up the calendar" and "the calendar filters out tyre-kickers" are not the same thing. Two boxes, exactly as written.

Box 6 · Day 3 · The budget question
"Add one question to the application form: 'The programme is ₹1,20,000. Are you in a position to invest that in the next 30 days if this is the right fit?' Options: Yes / Not right now / I'd need a payment plan. Done-test: send the form to yourself on your phone. If you can submit it without answering this question, it is not done. Make it required, then submit again with 'Not right now' and check it does NOT show you the calendar."

Why it works: the number is on the form, not in your mouth on a call 40 minutes in. People who click "Not right now" have just saved you an evening, and the done-test forces you to actually check the routing instead of assuming the form builder did it.

Day 8 · Quit-day #1
"Day 8 is where the first 'this isn't working' lands. You've sent 60 messages, posted 5 times, and have 2 calls booked. Two. Your brain says the offer is wrong. It isn't. The maths says day 8 with 2 calls is exactly on track: the pipeline you started on day 1 has a 7 to 10 day lag before it shows up as bookings. Done-test for today: write down calls booked, replies received, forms submitted. If forms submitted is above 6, do nothing to the offer. Change nothing. Keep sending."

Why it works: the number one launch killer isn't a bad offer, it's a coach who changed the offer on day 8 because they didn't know about the lag. Naming the day, and giving a number to check, stops the panic-edit.

That's 2 of 41. The other 39, including the day-15 quit trap, the 3-gate booking test, and the day-30 keep-or-kill decision, are in the PDF below.

The 30-Day Launch Checklist: what you actually get.

1

Days 1 to 5, the build

Offer, price, form, calendar, first message. 12 boxes. Nothing goes out till these pass their tests.

2

Days 6 to 12, first traffic

Warm list, posts, DMs, first bookings. 9 boxes. Includes quit-day #1.

3

Days 13 to 20, the hold

Reminders, show-rate fixes, the first three calls. 9 boxes. Includes quit-day #2.

4

Days 21 to 30, the tune

What to change, what to leave alone, and the keep-or-kill decision. 11 boxes. Includes quit-day #3.

5

The done-tests

Every box has a test you run on your own phone, so "set up" means "works".

6

The 3 quit-days

Days 8, 15 and 23, why each one feels like failure, and the number to check instead of your feelings.

Be honest

Be honest. This is how your last launch went.

→

Day 1: you posted "Something big coming this month" at 9pm and got 34 likes and a fire emoji from your cousin.

→

Day 4: you "opened DMs" and a woman asked "how much", you said "depends on your goals", and she was never seen again.

→

Day 8: two calls booked. You opened Canva and started redesigning the offer at 11:40pm.

→

Day 15: one call no-showed. You told your partner "the market is weird right now".

→

Day 23: you stopped posting. Nobody noticed. Including you, till day 30.

None of that is an offer problem. It's a missing-checklist problem: you had no way to tell "on track" from "failing", so you flinched at the first quiet day. This file is the checklist, with the tests.

Why we give this away

This is the manual version of one piece of the engine.

High Ticket Engine builds done-for-you appointment engines for coaches and consultants in India. Positioning, offer, sales video script, funnel, CRM, follow-ups and ads, built in 14 days, then fully automated. Now you have the manual version of this piece.

Questions you're probably asking

You can send messages this week (see the 7-Day Sprint). But a launch that survives past week two needs the form, the price gate, the reminders and the show-rate fixes built before traffic hits them. Days 1 to 5 are the build. Skip them and you'll rebuild on day 12 while losing the leads you paid for with your time.
Then boxes 13 to 16 (the warm list and DM blocks) matter more than the post blocks, and you'll lean on the 40-name list from the Sprint. Everyone has 40 names. The checklist works with 40 names and zero followers. It just runs slower in week 2.
No, you don't. Everyone thinks the form is done till they submit it on their own phone and discover "Not right now" still shows the calendar. Every box has a test you can run in under 5 minutes. If it fails, it's not done, no matter how it looks.
You make one decision with four numbers in front of you: forms submitted, qualified rate, show rate, close rate. The last section tells you which number decides keep, tune or kill. Most launches at day 30 need one tune, not a kill. The checklist stops you from killing something that needed one fix.

The checklist gets you through month one. Month two shouldn't need you.

That's the part we build. A done-for-you engine: positioning, offer, sales video script, funnel, pre-qualification, booking, nurture and ads. Live in 14 days, then fully automated. 5 to 7 ready-to-invest calls a day. 100+ in 30 days, or you don't pay. You show up and close.
