Someone already owns your audience. Borrow it, don't build it.

There's a CA in your city with 400 clients who all earn ₹2 lakh a month and hate their jobs. There's a gym owner with 900 members who want exactly what you sell. You've never messaged either of them, because "partnership" sounds like a corporate word for coffee meetings that go nowhere. This playbook gives you the 6-line pitch, word for word, the four partner types worth chasing, the joint offer that books calls for both sides, and the revenue split that makes them say yes on the first message.

Step 3 · The pitch · WhatsApp, message 1
"Hi Rakesh, Satyam here, we met at the Rotary thing in March. Straight to it: you have around 400 clients who are salaried and doing ₹1.5 to ₹3 lakh a month. I help exactly those people build a side consulting income without quitting. I'm not asking you to sell anything. I'm proposing a free 45-minute session for your clients, hosted by you, where I teach and you look like the person who brings value. Anyone who works with me after, you get 20%. Fifteen minutes on a call this week to see if it fits?"

Why it works: it names his audience size and income (you did the homework), removes the fear ("not asking you to sell"), makes him the hero, and puts a number on the money before he has to ask. "Fifteen minutes" is the only ask.

Step 5 · The joint-offer CTA · End of the partner session
"Rakesh asked me to do this session because 6 of his clients asked him the same question this year: 'How do I earn from what I know without leaving my job?' You've just seen the 3 steps. If you're earning ₹1.5 lakh plus and want to build this with me, Rakesh's clients get a 20-minute planning call that I normally don't open. The form is in the chat, it asks about budget, and Rakesh sees who applied. Six spots."

Why it works: "Rakesh sees who applied" is social accountability, and it's what separates a partner's room from a cold one. "Normally don't open" makes the audience feel chosen, not sold.

That's 2 of 7 steps. The other 5, the partner scorecard, the follow-up when they go quiet, the split agreement in plain words, and the 90-day partner calendar, are in the PDF below.

Be honest

Be honest. You're building an audience one follower at a time while someone next door already has 900.

→

Tuesday, 6:15am. You post another carousel. 41 likes. Three are your cousins. You tell yourself "consistency compounds".

→

A gym owner you know casually says "yaar, my members keep asking about mindset stuff". You say "oh nice" and change the subject.

→

You went to a networking event, collected 14 cards, and messaged nobody, because "what would I even say".

→

Someone with 12,000 followers did a collab with a coach worse than you. You saw it. You scrolled past. You felt it.

→

It's 11pm. You're writing tomorrow's reel while a CA two floors down has 400 clients who'd pay you ₹80,000 each and no idea you exist.

None of that is a reach problem. It's a pitch problem: you don't have the words, so you don't send the message. This file gives you the words.

Questions you're probably asking

Because you're not asking them to share, you're offering them a free event that makes them look generous and pays them 20% for doing nothing. Every CA, gym owner, HR head and community admin has an audience they don't know how to monetise past their core service. You're bringing them a ready-made session, a form, and a cheque. The 6-line pitch says all of that in under 100 words.
Say no, politely, and offer a bigger backend split instead: 25% instead of 20%. Upfront fees attract partners who don't care whether it works. Backend-only attracts partners who'll actually send the reminder messages because their money depends on show-up. If they still insist, they're not a partner, they're a media buy, and you should move to the next name on your list.
You have activity, and activity is enough for a partner pitch. "I've run 4 sessions, 60 people attended, 9 booked calls" is more believable than any income screenshot. If you have zero, run one session for your own contacts first using the joint-offer script, then pitch partners with those numbers next week.
Neither, and it's faster than both to first call. Vishesh, a leadership coach, had leads in 5 days. A partner session can put buyers in front of you this Thursday. Ads take 14 days of learning and a budget. Content takes months. Do partnerships first, then let ads and content run underneath.

The pitch gets you the room. Something still has to turn the room into calls.

That's the part we build. A done-for-you engine: positioning, offer, sales video script, funnel, pre-qualification, booking, nurture and ads. Live in 14 days, then fully automated. 5 to 7 ready-to-invest calls a day. 100+ in 30 days, or you don't pay. You show up and close.
