You don't have a lead problem. You have a Monday problem.

It's Monday, 10:40am. You've opened Instagram, closed it, opened your notes app, typed "plan outreach", and closed that too. Your calendar for the week has one call on it, and it's a referral who already said "budget dekhna padega". This file is seven days, planned to the hour, with the exact messages to send on days 1, 3 and 5 so that by Sunday night there are real calls sitting on your calendar with a budget written next to each name.

This is not a "mindset for outreach" document. It's the copy you paste. Here are two pieces exactly as they appear inside.

High Ticket Engine · The 7-Day First-Call SprintSprint
Message 1 · Day 1 · 6:30pm · WhatsApp
"Hey Meera, quick one. I'm running a small thing this month: I'm taking 5 people through the exact system I used to get [specific result] and I'm doing it at a stupid price because I want 5 sharp case studies before Diwali. You came to mind because of what you said about [the thing they said]. Not pitching yet. Just checking: is [the problem] still a thing for you, or did you sort it? One word answer is fine."

Why it works: there's no link, no deck, no "let's hop on a call". It asks a one-word question a busy person can answer from the loo. And "before Diwali" gives a real reason for urgency instead of the fake "spots filling fast" nonsense everyone ignores.

Step 5 · Day 5 · The budget line
"Before I block the slot, one honest thing so neither of us wastes an evening. The full version of this is ₹85,000, in two parts if that helps. If that number makes you go 'sochna padega', totally fine, tell me now and I'll send you the free version instead. If it's a yes-in-principle, reply 'yes in principle' and I'll send the calendar link."

Why it works: you named the number before the call, not after 45 minutes of rapport. Half the people vanish. Good. The half that reply "yes in principle" are the only calls worth doing, and the words "in principle" give them a face-saving way to say yes.

That's 2 of the 3 messages. The third message (day 3), the 40-name list-building method, the hour-by-hour schedule and the "who to send it to first" ranking are in the PDF below.

Tonight: build the 40-name list (step 1, takes 35 minutes) and send message 1 to the top 10 before you sleep. By next Sunday you'll have replies, at least a couple of "yes in principle" and a calendar that finally has strangers on it.

The 7-Day First-Call Sprint: what you actually get.

1

The 40-name list

Where the names come from when you think you "have no list". Five sources, 35 minutes, no ads.

2

Day 1 message

The one-word-answer opener that gets 30% to 50% replies from people you haven't spoken to in months.

3

Day 3 message

The follow-up that doesn't sound like a follow-up. No "just checking in". Ever.

4

Day 5 budget line

How to say ₹85,000 in a WhatsApp message and lose the wrong people on purpose.

5

The hour-by-hour plan

Every day split into a 45-minute morning block and a 30-minute evening block. That's it.

6

Sunday scorecard

The five numbers to count so week 2 is better than week 1, instead of just "busier".

Be honest

Be honest. This is your week.

→

Monday, 11am: you wrote "outreach" in your to-do list for the fourth week running, then answered a client WhatsApp instead.

→

Wednesday, 9pm: a referral call ends with "let me discuss with my wife", and you know exactly what that means.

→

Thursday: you posted a carousel. 212 likes. Zero DMs. You refreshed it eleven times anyway.

→

Friday, 4pm: you opened a cold DM draft, wrote "Hi! Hope you're doing well", stared at it, and deleted it.

→

Sunday night: the calendar for next week has two calls. Both are "maybe". The dread starts around 8pm.

None of that is a skill problem. It's a sequencing problem: you've got no fixed plan for what to send, to whom, and when, so nothing gets sent. This file is the sequence.

Why we give this away

This is the manual version of one piece of the engine.

High Ticket Engine builds done-for-you appointment engines for coaches and consultants in India. Positioning, offer, sales video script, funnel, CRM, follow-ups and ads, built in 14 days, then fully automated. Now you have the manual version of this piece.

Questions you're probably asking

Everyone has 40 names, they just haven't counted. Step 1 pulls them from five places: past clients, people who replied to any post in the last 90 days, people who asked "how much" and disappeared, LinkedIn connections in your niche, and WhatsApp groups you're already in. You'll cross 40 in 35 minutes. If you cross 100, stop and rank.
Only if you send "Hi, hope you're doing well, long time!" That's cringe because it's obviously a setup. Message 1 tells the truth in the first line (I'm running a thing, I want 5 case studies) and asks a one-word question. Honest and specific is never cringe. Vague and warm-up-y is.
Some won't. That's what day 3 is for, and the day 3 message is built so it reads like new information, not a nudge. Across 40 names, sent properly, you should see 12 to 20 replies by day 4. If you see fewer than 8, the list is wrong, not the message, and the scorecard section tells you how to tell.
Because a call where the price is a surprise is a call that ends in "sochna padega". Saying ₹85,000 on day 5 filters out the people who were never going to pay, before they cost you an hour. The ones who stay are the ones who booked knowing the number. Those calls close.

The sprint books the first week. Something has to book week 40.

That's the part we build. A done-for-you engine: positioning, offer, sales video script, funnel, pre-qualification, booking, nurture and ads. Live in 14 days, then fully automated. 5 to 7 ready-to-invest calls a day. 100+ in 30 days, or you don't pay. You show up and close.
