"Sochna padega" is fear. A guarantee is the antidote.

The lead loved the call. Then she said "let me think about it" and went to think about it alone at 11pm with her husband asking "what if it doesn't work?" You had no answer to that question, so she didn't buy. This playbook is six guarantee structures, each with the condition that protects you, the word-for-word line, and the arithmetic that tells you which one your business can actually afford. Pick one tonight. Say it on tomorrow's call.

This isn't a pep talk about "being confident in your offer". It's six structures with the wording and the numbers. Here are two exactly as they appear in the file.

High Ticket Engine · The Risk-Reversal PlaybookPlaybook
Structure 3 · Work-Till-Done · The one most ₹1L coaches should use
"'Here's my guarantee. Attend the 12 calls, submit the form by day 7, and run the follow-ups I give you. If you don't have at least 10 qualified calls on your calendar by day 45, I don't stop. I keep working with you, free, until you do. No refund, because the outcome is the point, not the money.'

Conditions that protect you: attendance (12 of 12), a submitted artefact by a date (the form), and a behaviour you can verify (the follow-ups sent). Miss any one and the guarantee is void, and they know that on day 1."

Why it works: it costs you time, not cash, so a ₹1L ticket never leaves your account. The buyer hears "he won't stop until it works", which is what she actually wants. And the three conditions filter out the client who was going to blame you for not doing the work.

The math · Can you afford it?
"Without a guarantee: 20 calls, 4 close (20%), ₹1L each. ₹4,00,000. Zero refunds.

With a conditional refund guarantee: same 20 calls, 7 close (35%), because 'what if it doesn't work' is gone. ₹7,00,000. Say 1 in 10 asks for the refund. That's 0.7 refunds, call it ₹1,00,000 gone. Net: ₹6,00,000.

The guarantee made you ₹2,00,000 more, after the refund. That's the number to remember when the fear says 'what if everyone asks for their money back'. Everyone doesn't. The ones who do were the 1 in 10 anyway."

Why it works: coaches refuse guarantees because they imagine a 100% refund rate. Real refund rates on conditional guarantees are 5 to 10%. The conversion lift is bigger than the leak. The math on the page kills the fear better than any confidence talk.

That's 2 of 6 structures plus the math. The other 4, including the 14-Day Exit, the Split-Pay-on-Milestone and the Refund-Plus, with the conditions for each, are in the PDF below.

The Risk-Reversal Playbook: what you actually get.

1

Why "let me think" is really "what if it doesn't work"

The buyer's fear you're not answering, and why no amount of proof fixes it without a guarantee.

2

The affordability math

Close rate, refund rate, ticket size. One page, ₹ worked examples, and the number that tells you which structure you can run.

3

Structures 1 and 2: Unconditional and Conditional refund

The 14-Day Exit for new coaches, the Conditional for everyone else, and the three conditions that make it safe.

4

Structures 3 and 4: Work-Till-Done and the First-Milestone

The two that cost time instead of cash, and why one of them is right for almost every ₹1L coach.

5

Structures 5 and 6: Split-on-Milestone and Refund-Plus

For high tickets and crowded niches, with the exact ₹ split and the "plus" that doesn't bankrupt you.

6

The 5 guarantees that sink you

Income guarantees, open-ended refunds, no-condition guarantees, guarantees you don't write down, and the one that's illegal.

Be honest

Be honest. You don't have a guarantee because you're scared, and they don't buy because they are.

→

A lead said "what if it doesn't work for me?" and you said "it works if you do the work", which is true and answers nothing. She said "let me think".

→

You've thought about adding a guarantee for a year. Every time, your brain shows you 20 clients lining up for refunds. You've never once written down the actual math.

→

A competitor posted "results in 90 days or I work free" and you thought "that's reckless". He's closing at nearly double your rate. You checked.

→

You watched a ₹1L deal die at "my husband asked what happens if it doesn't work" and you had no sentence for that moment.

→

You once gave a refund to someone who never showed up to a single call, because you had no conditions. You still think about it.

None of that is a confidence problem, it's a structure problem. This playbook gives you six structures with the conditions built in, so the guarantee protects you and closes them.

Why we give this away

Questions you're probably asking

A few will try, which is what the conditions are for. Attendance, a submitted artefact by a date, and a verifiable behaviour. Someone who didn't show up to calls can't claim the refund, and they know it from day 1 because it's in writing. Real refund rates on conditional guarantees are 5 to 10%. The math section shows why that's a bargain.
Yes, but Structure 1, the 14-Day Exit, not a results guarantee. "If in the first 14 days you feel this isn't for you, full refund, no questions." It costs you 14 days of work at worst and removes the fear of buying from someone unproven. Once you have three receipts, move to Structure 2 or 3.
No. Never guarantee income, revenue or a specific rupee outcome. It's the fastest way to a legal problem and a bad review. Guarantee activity and milestones you control: calls booked, form live, offers received, a lab number, attendance. The playbook shows you how to phrase each one so it's a real promise without being a financial one.
Then use Structure 3 or 4, which cost time instead of cash, or Structure 5, which splits the payment so the second half only comes after a milestone. There's a structure for every cash position. The one thing you can't afford is no guarantee at all, because that costs you the 35% who'd have bought.

The guarantee removes the fear. Something still has to bring the people who need to hear it.

That's the part we build. A done-for-you engine: positioning, offer, sales video script, funnel, pre-qualification, booking, nurture and ads. Live in 14 days, then fully automated. 5 to 7 ready-to-invest calls a day. 100+ in 30 days, or you don't pay. You show up and close.
