You're not underpriced. You're scared of one conversation.

You've known for a year that ₹30K is too low. You've watched people with half your results charge triple. And every time a lead asks "what's the fee", the old number comes out of your mouth on autopilot, because you have no idea what to say to the clients already paying ₹30K. This file is that conversation, word for word: the announcement, the grandfathering line for existing clients, the new-lead script, and exactly what to say when someone flinches at ₹1L.

These aren't pricing "principles". They're the sentences. Here are two exactly as they appear in the file.

High Ticket Engine · The Price Raise ScriptScript
Script 3 · The grandfathering message · WhatsApp to existing clients
"Hi [name], quick heads-up before you hear it somewhere else.

From [date], [programme] moves to ₹1,00,000. New clients only.

You're not affected. Your fee stays at ₹30,000 for as long as you renew without a gap. That's not a discount, it's a thank-you for being here before the proof was.

One thing: if you know someone who'd benefit, send them before [date] and they lock the old fee too. After that, ₹1L.

No reply needed. Just didn't want you to find out from a post."

Why it works: you told them first, so they feel like insiders instead of victims. "Without a gap" quietly kills churn. And the referral line turns a price announcement into a 10-day referral campaign. Three jobs, one message, 90 words.

Script 5 · The flinch · When a new lead says "₹1 lakh? That's a lot"
"Yeah. It is.

[pause. do not fill it.]

Can I ask you something? What's [the outcome] worth to you over the next 12 months? Not to me. To you. Rough number.

[they say a number. it's always bigger than ₹1L.]

Okay. So we're talking about ₹1L to get [their number]. The question isn't whether ₹1L is a lot. It's whether you believe I can get you there. So let's talk about that instead. What would you need to see to believe it?"

Why it works: you agreed. Nothing to push against. Then you changed the question from "is the price high" to "do you believe me", which is a question you can actually win. And the silence after "it is" does more work than any sentence you could put there.

That's 2 of 6. The other 4, including the public announcement, the new-lead price line, the "let me think about it" reply and the deadline mechanics, are in the PDF below.

The Price Raise Script: what you actually get.

1

The math first

How many clients you actually need at ₹1L vs ₹30K, with a worked example, so the fear has a number to argue with.

2

Script 1: the public announcement

The post that raises the price in public without sounding like a hostage note, and why you announce 14 days before.

3

Script 3: the grandfathering line

The WhatsApp message that keeps every existing client, kills churn with four words, and turns them into a referral engine for 10 days.

4

Script 4: the new-lead price line

How to say ₹1,00,000 out loud with an anchor and an EMI line so the number lands as a comparison, not a shock.

5

Script 5: the flinch

What to say when they say "that's a lot", "my friend charges ₹40K", "let me think", and "can you do ₹70K". Word for word.

6

The deadline mechanics

Why a price raise without a date is a suggestion, and the exact 14-day countdown that makes it real.

Be honest

Be honest. The price in your head and the price in your mouth are different numbers.

→

A lead asked "what's your fee" on a call last Tuesday. You heard yourself say "thirty thousand" while your brain was screaming "say a lakh".

→

You saw a coach with a worse offer post "₹1.2L, 3 spots" and got three replies. You closed the app and made chai.

→

You did the math once: 20 clients at ₹30K is ₹6L. 6 clients at ₹1L is the same money and a third of the calls. You still haven't changed the number.

→

An existing client said "you're too cheap, you know that?" and you laughed and said "next year". That was two years ago.

→

You drafted the price raise post in Notes. It's been there since March. It starts with "So, I've been thinking..."

None of that is a pricing problem, it's a script problem. This file gives you the sentences, so the number in your head finally comes out of your mouth.

Questions you're probably asking

Not if you grandfather them properly, and Script 3 does exactly that. You tell them first, you keep their rate as long as they renew without a gap, and you give them 10 days to refer friends at the old price. Coaches who send this message typically get referrals from it, not cancellations. The ones who lose clients are the ones who raise silently and get found out.
For existing clients, yes, which is why they don't jump at all. For new leads, no, because they never knew ₹30K. The script includes a two-step option if you'd rather go ₹30K to ₹60K now and ₹1L in 90 days, but be warned: most coaches who "step" never take the second step. Pick the number the offer justifies and say it.
Then either the offer doesn't justify it or your proof doesn't yet. The math section shows you how many sales at ₹1L you actually need to beat your current income, and it's fewer than you think. Run the new price for 30 days and 10 calls. If you close zero, come back down 20%, not 70%.
Publicly, 14 days before. A public raise with a deadline creates a rush at the old price, which is the best sales fortnight you'll have all year. A quiet raise creates nothing and, worse, someone eventually finds out and feels tricked. Script 1 is the announcement. Post it.

The script raises the price. Something still has to bring the leads who'll pay it.

That's the part we build. A done-for-you engine: positioning, offer, sales video script, funnel, pre-qualification, booking, nurture and ads. Live in 14 days, then fully automated. 5 to 7 ready-to-invest calls a day. 100+ in 30 days, or you don't pay. You show up and close.
