Free playbook · For coaches & consultants

Your niche isn't crowded. Your sentence is.

A lead looked at you, then at nine other "business coaches", and picked the one with the louder reel. Not the better one. The louder one. Because from where she stood, you were all saying the same thing. This playbook is four moves that take you from "one of ten" to the only name that makes sense for one specific buyer: who you refuse, what you blame, what you own, and the one line you say everywhere. Done in a week, with scripts.

This isn't branding advice. It's a set of moves with the words attached. Here are two exactly as they appear in the file.

High Ticket Engine · The Only Logical ChoicePlaybook
Move 2 · Name the enemy · "The way everyone else does it"
"Most [niche] coaches sell you [the standard thing]: [12 sessions / a diet chart / a mindset course]. It's not that it's bad. It's that it puts the entire outcome on YOU doing the work at 11pm after a full day. That's why [X]% of people who buy it get nothing.

I don't sell [the standard thing]. I sell [your mechanism], where [the heavy part] is done by me, in week 1, and you only do [the light part]. That's the difference between 'coaching' and [outcome]."

Why it works: you've just made every competitor's offer the "standard thing" and yours the alternative. Nobody named. Nobody attacked. Everybody repositioned. The "₹ at 11pm" detail is what makes the reader nod, because that's exactly where their last purchase died.

Move 4 · The positioning line · Say it everywhere for 30 days
"I'm the only [niche] coach who [does the specific thing] for [specific person], so they get [outcome] in [X] days without [the thing they hate].

Filled: 'I'm the only career coach who rewrites the CV and runs the outreach for 30-plus IT professionals, so they get 3 offers in 60 days without cold-messaging 200 strangers.'

Test: cover the first four words. If a competitor could say the rest, it's not a positioning line yet. Tighten the 'only' clause until only you can."

Why it works: "only" forces a claim you have to earn. Most coaches can't fill this line honestly on day 1, which is the point: the line tells you what to build. Once it's true, it does the selling before you open your mouth.

That's 2 of 4 moves. The other 2, the Refusal (who you turn away and why that makes you expensive) and the Owned Mechanism (the named thing nobody else can claim), plus the 30-day rollout, are in the PDF below.

The Only Logical Choice: what you actually get.

1

The crowded-niche audit

Ten competitors, one spreadsheet, three columns. In 40 minutes you'll see that everyone's saying the same sentence, and where the gap is.

2

Move 1: The Refusal

Who you turn away, said out loud. Why the coach who refuses more is the coach who charges more.

3

Move 2: The Enemy

How to name "the way everyone else does it" without naming anyone, so every competitor becomes the standard thing and you become the alternative.

4

Move 3: The Owned Mechanism

The one named step nobody else can claim, how to find yours in 20 minutes, and the ₹ it adds to your price.

5

Move 4: The Positioning Line

The one-sentence formula, filled three ways, and the cover-the-first-four-words test.

6

The 30-day rollout

Where the line goes (bio, pinned post, call opener, proposal, WhatsApp auto-reply), what to post each week, how you know it's working.

Be honest

Be honest. If someone covered your name, nobody could tell your page from the next coach's.

→

A lead said "I'm also talking to two other coaches, what makes you different?" and you said "my approach is very personalised". So did the other two.

→

You scrolled your own niche hashtag at 11pm. Twelve coaches. Same bio. Same "helping you grow". Same ring light. One of them was you.

→

Someone chose a coach with fewer results than you because "she seemed more focused on people like me". You had worked with people like her. You just never said so.

→

You wrote "for founders, professionals and anyone ready to grow" in your bio because narrowing felt like leaving money on the table. Nobody DM'd.

→

On a call you explained your method for eleven minutes. The lead said "so it's like a regular coaching programme?" and you heard yourself say "yes, but better".

None of that is a competition problem, it's a sameness problem. This playbook gives you four moves that make the comparison stop.

Questions you're probably asking

It'll lose you the clients who were never going to pay ₹1L, and win you the ones who were. A "business coach for anyone" competes with 10,000 people. A "business coach for owner-operator founders doing ₹1 to 5 Cr who close every deal themselves" competes with almost nobody, and that founder pays more because you're obviously for him. Narrow gets expensive. Wide gets ignored.
You're not naming a person. You're naming a method: "12 sessions and hope". Move 2 shows you how to say it so the reader feels understood, not attacked. Every buyer in your niche has already bought the standard thing and been disappointed. Saying so out loud is the most empathetic thing you can do.
You do, you just haven't named it. Move 3 has a 20-minute exercise: the thing you always do that clients thank you for, the step you added after a client failed, the thing you refuse to do. One of those is your owned mechanism. Name it and it's yours, because nobody else bothered.
The line changes how calls go from the first one. The market believing it takes 30 days of saying it everywhere, which is what the rollout section covers. Coaches who run the four moves usually report the first "you're the only one who put it that way" inside two weeks.

Positioning makes you the obvious choice. Something still has to put you in front of the chooser.

That's the part we build. A done-for-you engine: positioning, offer, sales video script, funnel, pre-qualification, booking, nurture and ads. Live in 14 days, then fully automated. 5 to 7 ready-to-invest calls a day. 100+ in 30 days, or you don't pay. You show up and close.
