That gap is why minute 38 keeps producing "let me think about it." 20 yes/no questions — positioning, pricing, proof, pipeline — scored live as you answer, verdict at the end.
₹4L month. Then ₹1.2L. So you opened Notion and started "Offer v8 FINAL" — again. Close the tab. Answer these instead — yes or no, gut answers, no "sort of." One point per yes.
Scoring: one point per yes. Gut answers — if you had to think for more than 5 seconds, it's probably a no. Your answers are scored in your browser and stored nowhere; nothing leaves this page. One thing this scorecard never asks: whether you're good at what you do. That was never in question.
Get the full audit PDF — the same 20 questions on paper plus what your number means and the fix order. Printable, pen-friendly, and dated — so you can re-run it in 30 days and watch the number move.
The complete printable scorecard — 20 questions, tally sheet, the three score bands read straight, and the fix-first sequence for your weakest section. Where should we send it?
✓ Instant download. No spam — just the audit, and occasionally something worth reading.
Your copy of The Offer Ceiling Audit is on its way to your device. Print it. Run it with a pen and today's date on it. Then run it again in 30 days — the number should move before the offer does.
Download Again ↓The page above scores you. The printable audit is the field version — the one you run with a pen, and the part the scorecard can't hold: the prescriptions.
0–7, 8–14, 15–20. Each band has a different prescription — and doing the wrong one is how the last six months disappeared. A 6 rewriting headlines and a 16 rewriting headlines are making the same mistake for opposite reasons.
If you land in the middle band — most do — there's an exact order of operations: the pricing line first (one day), the proof pass second (one afternoon), the filter third (one evening). One thing at a time, weakest section first.
Total yeses, out of 20, weakest section — three blanks, filled by hand. A number you wrote yourself is harder to argue with than one a webpage showed you.
If proof is your lowest section: the exact message to send past clients this afternoon — "Writing up results — what number changed for you since we worked together?" You'll get more back than you expect.
The ₹4L month happened. Then ₹1.2L. So it's 11pm and you're in Notion, cursor blinking in a doc called "Offer v8 FINAL" — v7 was also FINAL.
Minute 38 of a good call. You hear the hesitation, and before they say a word you say "...but for you, I can do 90." Nobody negotiated. The next call on your calendar just didn't exist.
Your last carousel got 400 likes. Almost all from other coaches. The DMs it produced were beginners asking for a free roadmap.
A batch starts Monday. 4 of 10 seats filled. So Sunday night you post an "extended early bird" nobody asked for — and hate it a little as you hit share.
Every "let me think about it" sends you back to the offer doc. It's never sent you to the pipeline. That's the tell.
Look at your four section scores above. For most coaches, positioning and proof hold up — pricing and pipeline leak. Because the minute-38 discount isn't a pricing problem. It's what an empty calendar sounds like out loud. The audit gives you the fix order. The scores you just clicked gave you the diagnosis.
