Your offer is probably 80% right. Score the 20% that isn't.

That gap is why minute 38 keeps producing "let me think about it." 20 yes/no questions — positioning, pricing, proof, pipeline — scored live as you answer, verdict at the end.

The Offer Ceiling Scorecard

₹4L month. Then ₹1.2L. So you opened Notion and started "Offer v8 FINAL" — again. Close the tab. Answer these instead — yes or no, gut answers, no "sort of." One point per yes.

High Ticket Engine · Offer Ceiling AuditLive
Positioning · questions 1–5
1. Could a stranger read your bio or headline and repeat back who it's for and what result it delivers — without using the words "growth," "success," or "potential"?
2. Does your promise contain a number or a deadline ("₹1L+ clients in 90 days"), rather than a feeling ("clarity," "confidence")?
3. Is there one sentence about your offer that the other 3 coaches your prospect follows could NOT honestly say?
4. Do prospects arrive on calls already knowing roughly what you do and what league you play in — instead of you explaining from zero for the first 15 minutes?
5. Is your offer ONE fixed container — scope, duration, deliverables written down — rather than "depends, I customise"?
Pricing · questions 6–10
6. Have you said your full price out loud on a call in the last 30 days without immediately adding "but"?
7. Did your last 3 clients all pay the same price? (If one of them got "for you I can do 90" at minute 38, that's a no.)
8. Is your price anchored to the value of the outcome — not to your hours, or to "what others charge"?
9. Have you raised your price in the last 12 months?
10. Are your payment terms — EMI or not, split or not — decided before the call instead of invented during it?
Proof · questions 11–15
11. Can you state 3 client results with a number AND a first name, from memory, right now?
12. Does a prospect see proof BEFORE the call — a page, a video, a document — instead of only hearing it during?
13. Do you have a written before-and-after for your most recent client?
14. Do you collect a result artifact — screenshot, number, testimonial — from every client as routine, not just when you remember?
15. Does the weight of your proof match the weight of your price? (A ₹1.5L offer held up by two WhatsApp thank-you texts scores a no.)
Pipeline · questions 16–20
16. Do you know how many qualified sales calls you had last month — the exact number, without opening anything?
17. Did even one call last month arrive without you posting, DMing, or asking for it that same day?
18. Is there a filter — a form, a set of questions — between "interested" and "on your calendar"?
19. Does every booking receive more than one reminder before the call?
20. Could you go silent on content for a week without bookings dropping to zero?

Scoring: one point per yes. Gut answers — if you had to think for more than 5 seconds, it's probably a no. Your answers are scored in your browser and stored nowhere; nothing leaves this page. One thing this scorecard never asks: whether you're good at what you do. That was never in question.

Inside the PDF

The scorecard gives you a number. The audit tells you what to do with it.

The page above scores you. The printable audit is the field version — the one you run with a pen, and the part the scorecard can't hold: the prescriptions.

1

The three score bands, read straight

0–7, 8–14, 15–20. Each band has a different prescription — and doing the wrong one is how the last six months disappeared. A 6 rewriting headlines and a 16 rewriting headlines are making the same mistake for opposite reasons.

2

The fix-first sequence

If you land in the middle band — most do — there's an exact order of operations: the pricing line first (one day), the proof pass second (one afternoon), the filter third (one evening). One thing at a time, weakest section first.

3

The tally sheet

Total yeses, out of 20, weakest section — three blanks, filled by hand. A number you wrote yourself is harder to argue with than one a webpage showed you.

4

The one-message proof play

If proof is your lowest section: the exact message to send past clients this afternoon — "Writing up results — what number changed for you since we worked together?" You'll get more back than you expect.

Be honest

You didn't need question 7. You flinched before you clicked.

The ₹4L month happened. Then ₹1.2L. So it's 11pm and you're in Notion, cursor blinking in a doc called "Offer v8 FINAL" — v7 was also FINAL.

Minute 38 of a good call. You hear the hesitation, and before they say a word you say "...but for you, I can do 90." Nobody negotiated. The next call on your calendar just didn't exist.

Your last carousel got 400 likes. Almost all from other coaches. The DMs it produced were beginners asking for a free roadmap.

A batch starts Monday. 4 of 10 seats filled. So Sunday night you post an "extended early bird" nobody asked for — and hate it a little as you hit share.

Every "let me think about it" sends you back to the offer doc. It's never sent you to the pipeline. That's the tell.

Look at your four section scores above. For most coaches, positioning and proof hold up — pricing and pipeline leak. Because the minute-38 discount isn't a pricing problem. It's what an empty calendar sounds like out loud. The audit gives you the fix order. The scores you just clicked gave you the diagnosis.

Questions you're probably asking

No. Answer all 20 questions right on this page, get your score, your verdict, and your weakest section — no email, nothing stored. The signup is only for the printable PDF version, which adds the score bands, the fix-first sequence, and the tally sheet.
Almost certainly not — that instinct is the trap. A low score means pick ONE promise, one price, one proof point, and run 10 straight sales calls without changing a word. You need data, and version-flipping destroys data. Most people in that band have changed their offer more times than they've said their price out loud.
Because the minute-38 discount dies the day the next call already exists. Half of what looks like a pricing or positioning problem is actually a calendar problem — a full calendar is the only pricing course you'll ever need. That's why questions 16–20 are usually the ones that sting.
