Posting daily is a job. Three posts and 20 DMs is a machine.

Sunday night. You've written a "5 lessons from 10 years of coaching" post for the fourth week running. 340 impressions, 11 likes, 2 of them from clients, 0 calls. Your headline still says "Helping professionals reach their potential" and your DMs are either silence or Canva pitches from strangers. This playbook is the LinkedIn machine for people who hate LinkedIn: the 4-line profile that filters, three post formats a week, and a 5-message DM sequence with timing that books 5 to 10 calls a month without pitching once.

This is swipe copy. A headline formula and a DM message, both exactly as they appear in the playbook, so you can use them before you finish reading.

Step 1 · The headline · 4-part formula, filled in
"Business coach for consultants at ₹50K to ₹2L offers who are done chasing referrals · 2 clients to 5 a month in 90 days · Not for beginners"

Why it works: Who, at what price, with what pain, what result in what time, and who it's not for. Twenty-two words that make the wrong person scroll and the right person click. "Not for beginners" is the best filter on LinkedIn because it's the only thing nobody else says.

DM 3 · Day 4 · The question that books without pitching
"Curious about one thing, Rohan. You wrote in that post that most of your clients come from referrals. Genuine question, not a pitch: how many did you get last month, and is that a number you're happy with? I ask because I work with consultants at your stage and the answer is usually 'two, and no.' If yours is different, ignore me."

Why it works: It quotes their own words, asks a number question, predicts their answer, and gives them an exit. A person who replies "honestly, two, and no" has just told you they're a prospect. You didn't pitch. They diagnosed themselves. DM 4 books the call.

That's 2 of 9 swipes. The other 7, the About section that reads like a sales page, the three weekly post formats with examples, and DMs 1, 2, 4 and 5 with their timing, are in the PDF below.

The LinkedIn Client Machine: what you actually get.

1

The 4-line profile

Headline, first line of About, featured section, banner. Twenty minutes and the wrong people stop clicking.

2

The About section

8 lines that read like a sales page, not a CV. Fill-in template included.

3

The 3-post rhythm

Monday teardown, Wednesday number, Friday story. Formats and examples for each.

4

The 20-a-day list

Where to find 20 people a day who are already talking about the problem you fix.

5

The 5-message DM sequence

Day 0, 2, 4, 7, 12. Timed, word for word, ends in a booked call not a pitch.

6

The 4-hour week

Exactly which hours to spend on what, so LinkedIn takes 4 hours, not 4 evenings.

Be honest

Be honest. LinkedIn is where your best work goes to get 11 likes.

→

Sunday, 10pm. You're rewriting the same "lessons from my journey" post for the fourth time, because the last one got 9 likes and you're sure the hook was the problem.

→

Your headline says "Helping professionals unleash their potential." A prospect read it, couldn't tell what you sell or for whom, and kept scrolling.

→

Your DMs: 4 unread "Hi, I'm a Canva designer," 1 "let's connect and explore synergies," and 0 from anyone who might pay you.

→

A consultant commented "so true, this is exactly my problem" on a post in your niche. You liked the comment. You didn't message him. That was 3 weeks ago.

→

Appraisal season, and you tell your partner "LinkedIn just doesn't work for coaches." You've posted 40 times this year and sent 6 DMs.

None of that is an algorithm problem, it's an activity problem. You're posting to strangers and not messaging the people who already raised their hand. This playbook flips the ratio: 3 posts, 100 DMs, 5 to 10 calls.

Questions you're probably asking

Three posts is 90 minutes a week using the formats in the file, and two of them are written from things that already happened (a client conversation, a number). If you genuinely can't do three, do the Wednesday number post only and double the DMs. DMs book calls; posts just make the DMs land warmer.
Copy-paste pitches are spam. The sequence in this file starts with a comment on something they wrote and never mentions your offer until they've told you their number. Most people you message won't reply, and that's fine; the ones who do have qualified themselves before you say a word about price.
Twenty new DM 1s a day, five days a week, is 100 a week. Expect 20 to 30 replies, 8 to 12 who give you a number, 3 to 5 booked calls. Over a month that's 12 to 20 calls booked, and after no-shows, 5 to 10 held. The numbers in the file are conservative on purpose.
No. The 20-a-day list comes from the comment sections of 5 accounts in your niche and the "people who reacted" list on your own posts. Free LinkedIn, a spreadsheet, and WhatsApp quick replies for the DM sequence. Tools come later, if ever.

The machine books 5 to 10 a month by hand. The engine books 5 to 7 a day on its own.

That's the part we build. A done-for-you engine: positioning, offer, sales video script, funnel, pre-qualification, booking, nurture and ads. Live in 14 days, then fully automated. 5 to 7 ready-to-invest calls a day. 100+ in 30 days, or you don't pay. You show up and close.
