Free worksheet · For coaches & consultants

Nobody buys "coaching". They buy a Tuesday that looks different.

You know what you do. You can't say it in one sentence that makes a stranger reach for Razorpay. So you say "I help people grow" and the stranger says "sounds nice" and buys a ₹999 course from someone louder. This worksheet is eight blanks on one page. Fill them and you walk away with a named, priced, stacked ₹1L offer, the value stack written out, and three worked examples so you can copy the shape.

This isn't offer theory. It's a fill-in sheet. Here are two of the eight blanks exactly as they appear, with the worked example underneath.

Blank 2 · The Outcome · "What changes, by when, measured how"
"I get [WHO from Blank 1] from [ugly starting number] to [specific ending number] in [X] days, measured by [the one number we track].

Rules: the ending number must be something they can screenshot. 'Confidence' is not a number. 'Booked calls per week', 'HbA1c', 'offers received', 'revenue per client' are numbers.

Worked example, business coach: 'I get owner-operator founders doing ₹1 to 5 Cr from 2 sales calls a week to 5 a day in 45 days, measured by qualified calls booked on the calendar.'"

Why it works: the moment the outcome has a number and a date, the price stops being "for coaching" and starts being "for that". Nobody asks a discount on a number. They ask a discount on a vibe.

Blank 8 · The Price Line · "Price plus the reason it's that price"
"It's ₹[price]. That's [X]% of [the value of the outcome to them over 12 months], and less than [a thing they already spend on that doesn't solve this].

Worked example, career coach: 'It's ₹60,000. That's less than one month of the salary jump we're targeting, and less than the two MBA prep courses you already bought and didn't finish.'

Never say the price alone. Say the price, then the anchor, then the thing it's cheaper than. In that order. Every time."

Why it works: a price with no anchor is a number the buyer compares to his EMI. A price with an anchor is a number he compares to the outcome. You choose the comparison, or he does. Guess who picks the worse one.

That's 2 of 8 blanks. The other 6, including the Mechanism name, the Effort-removal line, the Speed-to-first-result blank and the risk reversal, plus the full value stack template, are in the PDF below.

The Irresistible Coaching Offer Builder: what you actually get.

1

The 8 blanks

Who, Outcome, Mechanism, Deliverables, Speed, Effort removed, Risk reversal, Price line. Labelled, with the rule for each.

2

The value stack template

How to list what they get with a ₹ figure per line so the total reads 3 to 5x the price without inventing anything.

3

Three worked examples

A business coach at ₹1.2L, a career coach at ₹60K, a health coach at ₹75K, every blank filled so you can copy the shape.

4

The one-sentence offer

The formula that collapses the eight blanks into a line you can say on a call, in a DM, or in a caption.

5

Why they ask for a discount

The 5 offer mistakes that make "can you do it for less" the automatic reply, and the fix for each.

6

The pricing sanity check

Three questions that tell you whether ₹1L is too high, too low, or exactly right for your market this quarter.

Be honest

Be honest. Your offer is a menu, not a meal.

→

Someone on a call asked "so what exactly do I get?" and you said "well, it depends on you" and heard yourself say it.

→

You typed the price in WhatsApp, deleted it, typed ₹5K less, and sent that. They still said "sochna padega".

→

Your Instagram bio says "Helping you grow". A 22-year-old with a ₹499 ebook has the same bio.

→

You listed "12 sessions, WhatsApp support, worksheets" and the lead said "my friend does 16 sessions for ₹25K". You had no answer.

→

You've thought "I should charge ₹1L" at least once a month for a year. You're still at ₹35K because you can't say what the extra ₹65K is for.

None of that is a confidence problem, it's an offer-construction problem. This file gives you the eight blanks that build an offer you don't have to defend.

Questions you're probably asking

The worksheet gets you an offer that's worth ₹1L on paper: outcome, mechanism, speed, effort removed, risk reversal, stacked. Whether your market pays it depends on the niche and your proof. The three worked examples span ₹60K to ₹1.2L for a reason. Fill the blanks honestly and the sanity check at the end tells you where you land this quarter.
Sessions are a deliverable, not an outcome. Ask what a client has at the end of session 12 that they didn't have at session 1, and put a number on it. "Twelve sessions" becomes "a 90-day plan, a rewritten CV, 4 mock interviews and 3 offers on the table by day 60". Same work. Different sentence. Different price.
Every niche has a number, you just haven't looked. Mindset coaches can track hours of sleep, days without a panic episode, decisions made in under 24 hours, ₹ negotiated in a raise. Pick the number your client would screenshot to a friend. If you truly can't find one, the worksheet shows you how to use a milestone instead.
Only if it's unconditional. Blank 7 shows you the conditional structure: they do the specific work, you deliver the specific outcome, or you keep working free until it lands. The condition is what protects you. Coaches who skip the guarantee lose more in "sochna padega" than they'd ever lose in refunds.

The offer makes them want it. Something still has to put them in front of it.

That's the part we build. A done-for-you engine: positioning, offer, sales video script, funnel, pre-qualification, booking, nurture and ads. Live in 14 days, then fully automated. 5 to 7 ready-to-invest calls a day. 100+ in 30 days, or you don't pay. You show up and close.
