You don't close on a call. They close themselves, if you ask right.

Minute 22 of the call. You've explained the programme twice. They've nodded, said "makes sense" four times, and you can feel the "let me think about it" forming. You talked for 18 of those 22 minutes. This file is 50 questions, sorted by the minute you ask them, from the 0-to-3 opener to the minute-40 commitment, each with the follow-up that turns "yeah, kind of" into a number, a date, or a decision.

Not "ask open-ended questions". The actual questions, the minute to ask them, and what you say when they answer. Two, exactly as written.

Minute 12 · Question 17 · The cost question
"If I asked you to put a rough number on what this has cost you in the last 6 months, in lost clients, in your own hours, in projects you didn't pitch for, what would you say? Ballpark is fine." Follow-up when they say a number: "So roughly ₹4 lakh in six months. And if nothing changes, that's the same ₹4 lakh again by March. Does that sound right, or am I overstating it?"

Why it works: they said the number, not you. Now when ₹85,000 comes up at minute 32, it's sitting next to their own ₹4 lakh. The follow-up asks "am I overstating it?", which makes them defend the number instead of you.

Minute 36 · Question 44 · The decision question
"Let's say you decide today. Who else would need to know before you'd feel comfortable? Not for approval, just so I understand how you make decisions like this." Follow-up when they say "my wife" or "my partner": "Makes sense. What would she ask you about it? Let's answer those now, so you're not going back with half an answer."

Why it works: "I need to discuss with my wife" is the number one Indian objection and it usually means "I don't have answers to her questions". Asking at minute 36, before you present the price, means you answer her questions while she's still hypothetical.

That's 2 of 50. The other 48, including the 3 questions that spot a tyre-kicker by minute 8, the "future" set that makes them describe the outcome in their own words, and the 8 commitment questions, are in the PDF below.

Tonight: pick 12 of the 50, one or two per section, and write them on a card next to your laptop. On your next call you'll talk less than you ever have, and the prospect will say the words "so what's the next step?" before you do.

The 50-Question Discovery Bank: what you actually get.

1

Minutes 0 to 3, the opener

Six questions that set the frame, get them talking, and confirm the three gates before you go a step further.

2

Minutes 3 to 10, the situation

Ten questions that map what they've tried, what broke, and what they blamed. Tyre-kickers get spotted here.

3

Minutes 10 to 20, the cost

Ten questions that get a rupee number out of their mouth for the problem. The most important section in the file.

4

Minutes 20 to 28, the future

Eight questions that make them describe the outcome, specifically, in their own words.

5

Minutes 28 to 38, the decision

Eight questions on budget, timing, and who else is involved, asked before the price, not after.

6

Minutes 38 to 45, the commitment

Eight questions that move from "makes sense" to yes, no, or a dated next step. Never "let me think".

Be honest

Be honest. This is your last call.

→

Minute 4: they said "so tell me about the programme" and you did. For eleven minutes. Uninterrupted.

→

Minute 19: you asked "does that make sense?" for the third time. They said "yeah, yeah" for the third time.

→

Minute 31: you said the price, then immediately said "but we can be flexible". They hadn't even flinched yet.

→

Minute 40: "Let me discuss with my husband and get back to you." You said "of course, no pressure!"

→

9:14pm: you're drafting a follow-up message that starts "Hey! Just checking in on our chat..."

None of that is a closing problem. It's a question problem: you did the talking, so they never sold themselves. This file gives them the questions that do.

Questions you're probably asking

You don't ask all 50. You pick 12 to 15, at least two from each section, and the minute markers tell you where they go. The bank exists so you never run out of a good question when the answer surprises you. Most coaches use the same 12 for a month, then swap 3.
Asking "what has this cost you?" at minute 12 is the opposite of aggressive. It's respectful: you're helping them count something they've avoided counting. The aggressive move is dropping ₹85,000 at minute 35 on someone who's never thought about what the problem costs. That's where "sochna padega" comes from.
The follow-up for question 17 handles it: offer two ballparks and let them pick. "Is it closer to ₹1 lakh or ₹5 lakh?" Everyone picks one. Then say "so let's call it ₹3 lakh, roughly?" They'll correct you if it's wrong, which is a number.
Yes, and honestly better. With no screen to share, you can't fall back on a deck, so you're forced to ask. The section timings assume 45 minutes. For 30-minute calls, cut the situation section to 4 questions and keep the cost and commitment sections whole.

The questions close the call. Something has to fill the calendar first.

That's the part we build. A done-for-you engine: positioning, offer, sales video script, funnel, pre-qualification, booking, nurture and ads. Live in 14 days, then fully automated. 5 to 7 ready-to-invest calls a day. 100+ in 30 days, or you don't pay. You show up and close.
