If it lives in your head, it isn't a business. It's a job.

You went to Goa for 4 days and came back to 9 unanswered leads, one client asking where her session link was, and a renewal that quietly lapsed. Nothing broke. Nothing happened, because nothing was written down. This library gives you six SOPs as fill-in checklists, written for someone who has never met you. Hand them over, go to Goa, come back to a calendar that still has calls on it.

These aren't "principles of delegation". They're checklists someone can follow on day one with zero context. Two of the six, as written.

High Ticket Engine · The Coaching Business SOP LibraryLibrary
SOP 1 · Lead Handling · first 5 minutes
"[ ] Reply within 5 minutes during shift (10am to 12pm, 6pm to 8pm). [ ] Use Quick Reply /intro, change only the name. [ ] Ask the 1-or-2 question (above ₹1 Cr or building). [ ] Label the chat 'New Lead'. [ ] Add to the pipeline sheet: name, source, date, status New. [ ] If reply is 1: send /qualify. If reply is 2: send /nurture and label 'Nurture'. [ ] No reply in 24 hours: send /followup1. No reply in 72 hours: send /followup2. No reply in 7 days: label 'Dead', set a 30-day revive date."

Why it works: there is no decision in it. Every branch has a next action and a time. A new hire can't get it wrong, and you can audit it in 60 seconds by filtering the sheet.

SOP 5 · Renewals · starts on day 60 of a 90-day programme
"[ ] Day 60: pull the client's before-and-after numbers into a one-page Results Sheet. [ ] Day 63: on the regular session, spend the last 10 minutes reviewing the Results Sheet together. Ask: 'What would the next 90 days need to look like for this to be a no-brainer?' [ ] Day 65: send the renewal offer on WhatsApp with a 7-day decision window and the early-renewal bonus. [ ] Day 70: one reminder. [ ] Day 72: close the window. [ ] Log outcome: Renewed / Declined / Reason."

Why it works: renewals die because they're raised on day 89 in a panic. This starts the conversation at day 60 with proof in hand, gives a deadline, and closes the window on schedule. The client feels managed, not chased.

That's 2 of 6. The other 4, booking, onboarding, delivery and referrals, plus the time budget and the audit sheet, are in the PDF below.

Be honest

Be honest. The business only works when you're awake.

→

It's Sunday night and you're texting a client "sorry, forgot to send the recording" for the third week running.

→

You hired a VA, told her "just handle the leads", and she asked "how?" You didn't have an answer.

→

A client paid ₹1.2 lakh on Tuesday. On Friday she messaged "so what happens now?"

→

Your best client finished 90 days last month. Nobody asked her to renew. Nobody asked for a referral.

→

You've thought "I should write this down" at least 40 times this year. You've written down zero.

None of that is a hiring problem. It's a documentation problem: there is nothing to hand over. This library is the hand-over, already written.

Questions you're probably asking

Yes, because you're solo today and hiring in 6 months, and because you follow your own SOPs worse than a stranger would. A checklist stops you from skipping the confirmation message on a busy day. Solo coaches who run these six lose fewer leads and fewer clients than the ones "keeping it in their head".
Pasting all six into Notion and swapping names, links and prices: about 90 minutes. Running them: SOP 1 is 4 hours a day for a setter, or 60 minutes for you. SOPs 3 to 6 take under 2 hours a week combined. The time budget is printed on every SOP.
Change the cadence, keep the structure. Every delivery SOP needs a before-session prep, a during-session capture, an after-session send, and a red-flag check. Whether you do 1-on-1 weekly, group fortnightly, or a hybrid, those four blocks don't change.
That's the whole point. Each SOP is written in the second person for someone who has never met you, with a time budget and a "done means" line. If your VA can read and tick boxes, she can run SOP 1 to SOP 3 from day one. Renewals and referrals you may keep for yourself for the first quarter.

The SOPs run the business. Something still has to bring the leads in.

That's the part we build. A done-for-you engine: positioning, offer, sales video script, funnel, pre-qualification, booking, nurture and ads. Live in 14 days, then fully automated. 5 to 7 ready-to-invest calls a day. 100+ in 30 days, or you don't pay. You show up and close.
