Payment is not the finish line. Day 7 is.

Razorpay pings at 9:14pm. ₹1,20,000 received. You send "Welcome aboard!! So excited 🎉" and then... nothing until the first session on Thursday. By Wednesday the client has re-read the sales page twice, told her husband "let's see," and half-drafted a refund message. This file is the 7-day sequence that replaces the silence, message by message with timing, a kickoff call script word for word, and the week-one win that makes the refund window irrelevant.

This is copy-paste, not theory. Two pieces of the 7-day sequence exactly as they sit in the file.

High Ticket Engine · The Client Onboarding SystemSystem
Message 1 · Day 0 · Within 10 minutes of payment · WhatsApp
"Priya, payment's in, you're officially in. Three things so you're not wondering what happens now. 1) In the next hour you'll get a short form from me, 6 questions, 8 minutes, do it tonight. 2) Our kickoff call is Wednesday 11am, link coming separately, it's 45 minutes and we'll leave it with your first task. 3) By this time next week you'll have done one thing you've been putting off for a year. That's the plan. Reply 'got it' so I know this reached you."

Why it works: Buyer's remorse starts in the silence after payment. This message fills it in 10 minutes with three concrete next steps and a date. The "reply got it" is the first micro-commitment; a client who replies on day 0 is a client who shows up on day 2.

Kickoff call · Minute 35 · The expectation lock
"Before we end, let me say the uncomfortable thing. Somewhere around week 3 you'll feel like this isn't working. Everyone does. It's the point where the old way stopped and the new way hasn't paid yet. When that happens, you don't message me 'I'm not sure about this.' You message me 'week 3 feeling, what now.' And I'll tell you what's next. Deal? Say it back to me: what do you message me in week 3?"

Why it works: You just named the exact moment refunds happen, on day 2, before it exists. When week 3 arrives the client doesn't feel doubt, she feels "oh, this is the thing he said." Predicting the dip is the single cheapest refund killer there is.

That's 2 of 11 messages plus one slice of the kickoff. The rest, the 6-question intake form, the day-3 win assignment, and the day-7 review that plants the referral ask, are in the PDF below.

The Client Onboarding System: what you actually get.

1

Day 0, the first 60 minutes

Two messages and one form that turn "did I just waste ₹1.2L" into "okay, this is organised."

2

The 6-question intake

The form that gives you a kickoff agenda and the client's exact words for later testimonials.

3

The 45-minute kickoff script

Minute by minute, including the expectation lock that names the week-3 dip before it happens.

4

The week-one win menu

One small, visible, done-by-day-7 result for coaches, consultants, career and life coaches.

5

Day 5 and day 7 check-ins

The two messages that catch a stalled client and the one that captures the first screenshot.

6

The referral seed

The one question on day 7 that starts the referral without asking for one.

Be honest

Be honest. Your onboarding is a Zoom link and a prayer.

→

9:14pm, Razorpay notification, ₹1,20,000. You screenshot it for your partner, send the client a party emoji, and then open Instagram.

→

Day 3, the client messages "hi, so when do we start?" and you realise the kickoff isn't scheduled yet. You reply "this week for sure!" with no date.

→

The first session. Forty minutes of "so tell me about yourself" because you never sent an intake form and you're building the plan live.

→

Week 3, the client says "I'm not sure this is for me right now." Your stomach drops. You offer an extra session for free. She goes quiet.

→

Month 2, you check the Razorpay dashboard and think "if I could just keep the ones I close, I wouldn't need to close so many."

None of that is a coaching problem, it's a first-week problem. The client decides whether she trusts you between payment and day 7, not in month 3. This file scripts those 7 days so the decision goes your way.

Why we give this away

This is the manual version of one piece of the engine.

High Ticket Engine builds done-for-you appointment engines for coaches and consultants in India. Positioning, offer, sales video script, funnel, CRM, follow-ups and ads, built in 14 days, then fully automated. Now you have the manual version of this piece.

Questions you're probably asking

Especially then. At 3 clients a month, one refund is a third of your revenue and one referral is a 33% raise. A system that takes 20 minutes to set up and runs on WhatsApp quick replies is the highest-return thing you'll do this month.
Every program does, you just haven't defined it small enough. The win isn't "hit the goal." It's one visible action the client has avoided for months: the price raise sent, the first 5 outreach messages, the CV rewritten, the boundary conversation had. The PDF has a menu of these for 6 niches.
The messages, yes: GHL or even WhatsApp Business scheduled messages will send days 0, 1, 3, 5 and 7 on a timer. The kickoff call and the day-7 review are you, on a call, and should stay that way. The file marks which messages to automate and which to send by hand.
Only if you didn't set it up on day 0. Message 1 tells them "by this time next week you'll have done one thing." Day 7 just asks "did it happen, show me." That's not pushy, that's the promise being kept, on both sides.

The system keeps the clients you close. Something still has to bring them in.

That's the part we build. A done-for-you engine: positioning, offer, sales video script, funnel, pre-qualification, booking, nurture and ads. Live in 14 days, then fully automated. 5 to 7 ready-to-invest calls a day. 100+ in 30 days, or you don't pay. You show up and close.
