The call didn't "go well". It died at minute 14 and you missed it.

The call ended with "this was really helpful, let me think about it". You told your spouse it went well. It didn't. Somewhere around minute 14 the prospect quietly decided no, and you spent the next 26 minutes presenting to a person who'd already left. This sheet gives you 12 checkpoints, a score out of 12, and the exact words to fix each one, so the next call ends in a decision instead of a compliment.

This is a working sheet, not a "sales mindset" essay. Two checkpoints exactly as they appear inside.

High Ticket Engine · The Call Autopsy SheetWorksheet
Checkpoint 4 · Minute 8 to 12 · Did you get the cost of staying stuck?
"You said you're at ₹1.2 lakh a month and you want ₹3. That gap is ₹1.8 lakh a month. Over the 6 months you've been 'figuring it out', that's about ₹10 lakh that didn't come in. I'm not saying that to be dramatic. I'm saying it because in 20 minutes I'm going to quote you a number, and I want you to compare it to ₹10 lakh, not to ₹0."

Why it works: price without a comparison is always "expensive". You set the comparison at minute 10 so the ₹85,000 at minute 35 lands next to ₹10 lakh, not next to a Netflix subscription. Miss this checkpoint and every close after it is uphill.

Checkpoint 9 · Minute 30 to 34 · Did you say the price and stop talking?
"The programme is ₹85,000." Full stop. Silence. Count to 7 in your head. Do not add "but we have EMI", "I know it's a lot", "for you I can do", or "what do you think". The first person to speak after the price is the one who negotiates against themselves. Make sure it's them.

Why it works: the 7-second silence is where the prospect processes, and most coaches fill it with a discount nobody asked for. You lose ₹15,000 to ₹25,000 per deal by being uncomfortable for 7 seconds. Score this one honestly.

That's 2 of 12 checkpoints. The other 10, the opening frame, the budget question, the "who else decides" check, and the close, are in the PDF below with the fix for each.

The Call Autopsy Sheet: what you actually get.

1

The 10-minute review method

How to review a 40-minute call in 10 minutes without re-watching it: 4 timestamps, one question each.

2

12 checkpoints, timestamped

From the opening frame at minute 1 to the close at minute 38, each with the symptom that means you missed it.

3

The score guide

What 4/12, 7/12 and 10/12 mean, and which single checkpoint to fix first at each score.

4

The fix for every miss

Word for word. Not "build rapport": the actual sentence to say at minute 8.

5

The pattern finder

A 3-call grid that shows you which checkpoint you keep failing. It's usually the same one.

6

The pre-call card

One index card with the 12 checkpoints as prompts, to read 5 minutes before the next call.

Be honest

Be honest. You've never watched your own call back.

→

9:47pm. Call ends. "Really helpful, let me discuss with my wife." You say "of course, take your time". You've said that 30 times this year.

→

You presented for 22 minutes straight. Screen share, 14 slides. The prospect's camera went off at slide 6. You didn't notice.

→

You said the price and then, in the same breath, "but we also have a 3-part plan, and honestly for you I can look at something". They hadn't even flinched yet.

→

You asked "does that make sense?" eleven times. They said "yes" eleven times. None of those were a yes.

→

Next morning you send "just following up on our call yesterday :)". Blue ticks. Nothing. You blame the market.

None of that is a closing problem. It's a diagnosis problem: you don't know which minute is losing the call, so you fix the wrong one. This sheet finds the minute.

Why we give this away

Questions you're probably asking

Start today. Zoom and Meet both record with one click, and you tell the prospect "I record these so I can give you a proper summary after". Nobody has ever said no. Without a recording you're reviewing from memory, and memory is the version where you did great. The sheet works on memory in a pinch (there's a 4-question version for that), but the recording is where the ₹20,000 mistakes actually show up.
For one week, yes. Then it makes you calm, because you'll know exactly where the call is at any minute. Coaches who've scored 10 calls stop worrying about "closing" entirely; they just make sure checkpoints 4, 9 and 11 happen. The self-consciousness goes. The ₹85,000 stays.
9 or above out of 12 on a call that should have closed. Under 6 means the structure is missing, not the skill: fix checkpoint 1 (the frame) and checkpoint 4 (the cost of staying stuck) first, because everything downstream depends on them. Most coaches score 5 on their first honest autopsy. That's not bad. That's a map.
Especially those. Referral calls feel warm, so you skip the frame, skip the budget question and skip the cost of staying stuck, "because they already know me". Then they say "let me think". Warm is not qualified. Run the sheet on your next referral call and watch checkpoints 1, 3 and 5 all come up empty.

The sheet fixes the call. Something has to fill the calendar with calls worth fixing.

That's the part we build. A done-for-you engine: positioning, offer, sales video script, funnel, pre-qualification, booking, nurture and ads. Live in 14 days, then fully automated. 5 to 7 ready-to-invest calls a day. 100+ in 30 days, or you don't pay. You show up and close.
