"More calls" isn't a plan. Full calendar, wrong price, still broke.

Wednesday, 9:40pm. Third sales call of the day just ended, you still have two client sessions to prep, and the ₹40K offer that fills the calendar is the same offer that leaves nothing at the end of the month. This worksheet takes five numbers you already know and tells you your true weekly call ceiling, your client ceiling, and the price at which the whole thing stops being a treadmill.

This is arithmetic you'll run tonight, not a pep talk. Two pieces exactly as printed.

High Ticket Engine · The Calendar Capacity CalculatorWorksheet
Line 9 · The ceiling formula
Sellable hours per week = (working hours) minus (delivery hours) minus (admin floor of 6). Sales-call capacity = sellable hours ÷ 0.75 (a 30-minute call plus 15 minutes of prep and notes). Example: 40 working hours, 18 delivery hours, 6 admin. 40 minus 18 minus 6 = 16 sellable hours. 16 ÷ 0.75 = 21 sales calls a week. Not 40. Not "as many as I can get." Twenty-one, and every call past that is stolen from a paying client.

Why it works: You've been treating capacity as a vibe. "I'll manage." The formula makes it a wall you can see, so you stop promising slots you don't have and start pricing the slots you do.

Step 4 · The price that makes the math work
Required price = (monthly income target + monthly business costs) ÷ (client ceiling × close rate × held calls per month ÷ client ceiling). Simpler: Required price = (target + costs) ÷ new clients you can actually onboard per month. Example: target ₹6,00,000, costs ₹80,000, you can onboard 5 new clients a month at full quality. (6,00,000 + 80,000) ÷ 5 = ₹1,36,000. If your offer is ₹50,000, no amount of calls fixes it. You'd need 14 new clients a month and you can deliver to 5.

Why it works: It's not "charge more because you're worth it." It's "charge this because the calendar physically cannot hold the alternative." Numbers don't need confidence. They just need a calculator.

That's 2 of 8 pieces. The other 6, the delivery-hours audit, the client-ceiling line, three worked examples and the 90-day price ladder, are in the PDF below.

The Calendar Capacity Calculator: what you actually get.

1

The five inputs

Working hours, delivery hours per client, current clients, close rate, income target. Where each one lives and how to pull it honestly.

2

The delivery-hours audit

Most coaches under-count delivery by 40%. The 7-line audit that catches the WhatsApp support, the prep, the "quick call" and the 9pm voice notes.

3

The call ceiling

The formula for how many sales calls fit in a week before client quality drops, with the 0.75-hour rule.

4

The client ceiling

How many active clients you can carry, and what happens to churn when you go one past it.

5

The price-fix formula

The offer price that makes your income target possible inside your real capacity. Not a guess, a division.

6

The 90-day ladder

Three price steps, with the exact sentence to say to existing clients, so nobody feels ambushed.

Be honest

Be honest. This is your week.

→

Sunday night, you open the calendar for the week and count 14 sales calls, 9 client sessions, and zero white space. You feel proud. You should feel worried.

→

A client messages "quick question" at 9:15pm and you answer for 25 minutes because you didn't have time during the day. That's delivery. You never counted it.

→

You said yes to a ₹35K client last month because the calendar looked empty. Now the calendar is full and the bank balance looks the same.

→

You've thought "I need to raise my prices" 14 times this year. You've raised them zero times, because you didn't have a number, only a feeling.

→

Appraisal season, everyone wants a call, and you're taking them at 7am and 8pm because saying "I'm full" feels like lying.

None of that is a hustle problem. It's a capacity-and-price problem, and it stays broken until you write down the ceiling and the price that fits under it. This worksheet is those two numbers.

Why we give this away

This is the manual version of one piece of the engine.

Questions you're probably asking

Because you'll price wrong until you do. Coaches who are half-empty take ₹30K clients "for now", fill up with them, then discover they've built a calendar that can't pay the rent. Run the math while you're empty and you'll never have to fire clients to fix a price.
Put in the average, then add 30%. Every coach who has done this audit found delivery was heavier than they thought, mostly because WhatsApp support, prep and "quick calls" were never counted. If you track one honest week you'll have a better number. Use that.
No. It tells you what your calendar can hold and what price fits under it. Sometimes the answer is "your price is fine, stop taking 30 sales calls a week and gate the calendar." Sometimes it's "you need to go from ₹50K to ₹1.2L or the math never closes." The worksheet doesn't have an opinion. It has a division sign.
Then you have three choices, and the PDF walks through each: reduce delivery hours per client with a group or async component, increase close rate by qualifying harder before the call, or accept a lower income target for now. What you can't do is ignore the number and hope. The 90-day ladder in Step 5 exists precisely because a jump from ₹50K to ₹1.36L in one go is a bad idea.

The calculator sets the ceiling. Something still has to fill it with the right people.

That's the part we build. A done-for-you engine: positioning, offer, sales video script, funnel, pre-qualification, booking, nurture and ads. Live in 14 days, then fully automated. 5 to 7 ready-to-invest calls a day. 100+ in 30 days, or you don't pay. You show up and close.
