"Growth coaching" is not an offer. A number on a date is.

A founder doing ₹3 Cr asks what you do. You say "I help founders scale with clarity and systems." He nods, says "interesting, let's connect", and books a Razorpay-funded CFO instead, because the CFO said "I'll cut your working-capital cycle by 20 days in 90 days." This playbook turns your coaching into one outcome, one timeline, one ₹1.5 lakh offer, with the positioning, the stack, and the call script written out.

This is not "find your niche". It's the exact sentence, the exact stack, and the exact questions. Two pieces, as written.

High Ticket Engine · The ₹1.5 Lakh Business CoachPlaybook
Step 1 · The one-line reposition
"Fill this in and say nothing else for 30 days: 'I help [founder type] doing [revenue band] get [one measurable outcome] in [days], without [the thing they hate].' Example: 'I help founders of ₹1 to ₹5 Cr service businesses build a sales team that closes without them in 90 days, without hiring a ₹1 lakh sales head.' Test: could a founder repeat it to his co-founder on WhatsApp without you in the room? If not, it's not done."

Why it works: founders buy outcomes they can explain to a partner or a wife. "Clarity and systems" can't be forwarded. "Sales team closing without you in 90 days" can, and the forwarding is the referral.

Step 5 · The call · minute 12 · the founder's favourite dodge
"Founder: 'So what exactly do you do? Like, what's the deliverable?' You: 'Fair question, and I'll answer it properly in a minute. First tell me this: last month, how many hours did you personally spend on sales calls or follow-ups? [He says 30.] And if that was 5 hours by January, with the same revenue, what would you do with the other 25? [He tells you.] Right. The deliverable is that. Here's how it's built...'"

Why it works: "what exactly do you do" is a founder testing whether you're a consultant or a motivational speaker. Answering with his own numbers proves you're the former. You name the deliverable in his terms, not yours.

That's 2 of 6. The other 4, the ₹1.5 lakh stack itemised, the proof-without-clients trick, the LinkedIn post that fills the calendar, and the objection handles, are in the PDF below.

Be honest

Be honest. Founders like you. They just don't know what to buy.

→

A founder said "let's definitely work together" at a networking event in March. You've had 3 coffees since. He's paid you nothing.

→

Your LinkedIn headline has the words "growth", "strategy" and "transformation" in it. Nobody has ever DM'd because of it.

→

On a call, a founder asked "so is this like consulting or like coaching?" and you said "a bit of both".

→

You quoted ₹75,000 for 3 months, he said "hmm", and you immediately said "we can start with one month".

→

Your last three clients came from a friend of a friend. You have no idea where the fourth is coming from.

None of that is a credibility problem. It's a positioning problem: founders can't buy a thing they can't describe. This playbook gives you the sentence, the stack and the script so they can.

Questions you're probably asking

You promise an outcome, not a result. "A sales team closing without you in 90 days" is an outcome you can build. "₹50 lakh more revenue" is a result you can't control. Every coaching skill maps to a founder-visible outcome: hours back, decisions made without them, a hire made, a process running. The playbook has 6 examples for mindset, leadership, ops, sales and finance backgrounds.
A ₹3 Cr founder pays a ₹1 lakh-a-month sales head who might not work out. He pays a CA ₹40K a month for compliance. ₹1.5 lakh for 90 days to fix the thing that's eating 30 hours of his week is the cheapest line on his P&L. The stack section makes that comparison for you, on paper, in the proposal.
You don't need one to start. You need a founder-shaped proof: your own numbers, a pilot at a reduced fee with a written before-and-after, or three named founders who'll say you helped them decide something. The playbook's "proof without a case study" section builds this in 14 days.
LinkedIn, founder WhatsApp groups (TiE, EO, industry associations, alumni), and your existing clients' contacts. Not Instagram. The outreach section gives you one post format and one DM that work on LinkedIn, and a referral ask for the groups.

The script closes founders. Something still has to put 5 of them a day on your calendar.

That's the part we build. A done-for-you engine: positioning, offer, sales video script, funnel, pre-qualification, booking, nurture and ads. Live in 14 days, then fully automated. 5 to 7 ready-to-invest calls a day. 100+ in 30 days, or you don't pay. You show up and close.
