Your calendar page isn't a calendar. It's the last sales page they see.

Someone finally clicked "book a call". They landed on a Calendly page with 21 days of green slots, no video, no price, and a title that says "30 Minute Meeting". They picked a slot 12 days out, felt no urgency, and forgot. This file is a 12-point teardown of your booking page, each fix with a done-test you run in an incognito window, so the same traffic books twice as many calls and the wrong people filter themselves out before they touch a slot.

These are the actual fixes with the actual settings, not "optimise your booking experience". Two of the 12, exactly as written.

Fix 3 · The 4-day window
Set the calendar to show only the next 4 working days. Not 14. Not 30. Four. A call booked 12 days out is a no-show with a date on it: the reason they clicked has cooled by then. In Calendly: Event, then Scheduling settings, then Date range, "4 calendar days into the future". In GHL: Calendar, then Availability, then "Maximum bookings in advance", 4 days. Done-test: open the page in incognito. If you can see a slot on day 5, not done.

Why it works: the 4-day window forces a decision while the problem is still hot. Show rates on calls booked within 4 days sit in the 60% to 70%+ band. Booked at 10+ days, they drop below 40%. Same lead, same page, one setting.

Fix 6 · The one line above the calendar
Above the slots, in one line, bold: "This call is for coaches doing ₹1L+ a month who've watched the 6-minute video and are ready to invest ₹95,000 in the next 30 days if it's the right fit. If that's not you, please don't book, it'll be a short call." Done-test: load the page on your phone. The line must be visible without scrolling, above the first slot.

Why it works: it's the last gate before a slot, and it names the price. Roughly 3 in 10 people who reach the page will read it and leave. Good. They were the "sochna padega" calls. The 7 who book have read a rupee figure and clicked anyway, which is the strongest yes-in-principle you'll get from a web page.

That's 2 of 12. The other 10, including the buffer rule that stops back-to-back burnout, the confirmation-page trick that lifts show rate, and the "no Friday 6pm slots" rule, are in the PDF below.

Tonight: open your booking page in incognito and run the 12 done-tests, then fix the three that failed hardest (usually the window, the line, and the title). In a week the same traffic will book more calls, and the ones it books will show up.

The Booking Page Teardown: what you actually get.

1

Fixes 1 to 4, the window

Title, duration, the 4-day range, and the hours you actually want to take calls. Slots that don't exist can't be no-showed.

2

Fixes 5 to 7, the filter

The one line above the calendar, the required questions, and why the price goes on the page.

3

Fixes 8 to 9, the buffers

15 minutes between calls, 3 calls a day max, and the days you never open.

4

Fixes 10 to 12, the confirmation

The confirmation page, the pre-call video, and the reminder that asks for a reply.

5

The incognito done-tests

Every fix tested the way a stranger sees it, on a phone, with no login.

6

The scorecard

Page views, bookings, shows. Three numbers before, three after. Same traffic.

Be honest

Be honest. This is your booking page.

→

The title says "30 Minute Meeting" because you never changed it from the default. Neither did the last 40 people who saw it.

→

It shows 21 days of slots. Someone booked the 19th. It's the 2nd. You both know how that ends.

→

There's no price on the page. There's no video. There's a "Notes" box that says "Please share anything that will help prepare for our meeting". Nobody has ever filled it.

→

A lead booked 5:45pm Friday. You did the call from the car park of a wedding. They didn't show.

→

Three calls back to back on Tuesday. By the third you'd forgotten the first person's name mid-sentence.

None of that is a traffic problem, the clicks are arriving. It's a page problem: the last page before the slot does nothing to filter, nothing to create urgency, and nothing to protect your show rate. This file fixes the page.

Why we give this away

This is the manual version of one piece of the engine.

High Ticket Engine builds done-for-you appointment engines for coaches and consultants in India. Positioning, offer, sales video script, funnel, CRM, follow-ups and ads, built in 14 days, then fully automated. Now you have the manual version of this piece.

Questions you're probably asking

Fewer bookings on the calendar, more calls actually held. A slot 12 days out feels like a booking and behaves like a no-show. The maths from pages we've torn down: 4-day windows drop raw bookings by roughly 10% to 15% and lift held calls by 30% to 50%. You want held calls. Bookings are vanity.
It's scary for one week, then it's the best thing you did. The people who leave after reading ₹95,000 were going to leave after hearing it on the call anyway, having cost you 45 minutes. The people who book after reading it have pre-agreed to the number. Your close rate on those calls goes up, and "sochna padega" nearly disappears.
Yes. Every fix has the Calendly setting and the GHL setting. Most are in "Event settings" or "Availability". The one line above the calendar goes in the event description in Calendly; it appears above the slots on mobile. Test it in incognito like everything else.
Three numbers, before and after, same 14-day windows: page views, bookings, calls held. Views should stay flat (you didn't change traffic). Bookings may dip slightly. Held should go up meaningfully. If held didn't move, fix 12 (the reminder that asks for a reply) is usually the one you skipped.

The teardown fixes the page. Something has to send people to it.

That's the part we build. A done-for-you engine: positioning, offer, sales video script, funnel, pre-qualification, booking, nurture and ads. Live in 14 days, then fully automated. 5 to 7 ready-to-invest calls a day. 100+ in 30 days, or you don't pay. You show up and close.
